Checklist before you book in North Bengaluru

1. Check the K-RERA registration of your exact phase or tower on rera.karnataka.gov.in.
2. Check the flight path. Some areas close to the airport and the Yelahanka air base have height limits and aircraft noise; visit at different times of day.
3. Ask about water and the khata, especially for projects further out, which may be under a panchayat.
4. Check the commute on the live map, including the traffic at Hebbal.
