Checklist before you book
- Verify the MahaRERA number for your exact tower or phase. Most projects above don’t show a number on our map yet, so ask the developer and check it yourself. Here’s how to check a MahaRERA number.
- Check the possession date for your tower. Large townships deliver in phases, so “Ready & Dec 2028” means some towers are ready and others are not.
- Test the commute at peak hours. Kalyan Shil Road traffic can be heavy, so check your route to work on the live map and in person.
- Compare carpet area and work out the price per sq ft on carpet area.
- Budget for the extra costs. Stamp duty, registration and GST add several percent to the price. Confirm the stamp duty rate for your municipal area with your lawyer.
